摘　　要：我国科技型中小企业的发展受到融资困难的严重制约,急需政策的有效支持。基于产品生命周期分析科技型中小型企业经营和发展的规律,指出科技型中小企业的成长阶段及断层,进而分析科技型中小企业融资需求的阶段性差异,提出政府政策供给的优化模式。The development of Technology - based small and middle enterprises （SMEs） has been being obstacled by financing difficulties in China, urging for effective policy supporting. This paper analyzed the growing patern of SEMs from the perspective of prod.uct life cycle, coming up with different stages SEMs undergo and gaps between the stages. Then the diversity of financing requirements of SMEs in each stage was explored, and an improved mode of government policy supply was proposed.
