摘  要:观察和分析表明,穿山甲鳞片利于减粘脱土。本文采用XPS、SEM技术分析了穿山甲鳞片的化学成分,用氨基酸分析仪测定了鳞片的各种氨基酸含量,用XRD方法测定了鳞片的X射线衍射谱。利用衍射强度线形精炼方法确定了穿山甲鳞片的结构,并对鳞片的成分和结构与减粘脱土的关系进行了初步分析。Obser vation and analysis snow that scares or pangonn are benencial to leaucing adne-sion of soil to pangolin bidy. Chemical constituents of pangolin scales are analysed by applying techniques of XPS and SEM. X-ray diffraction spectrum of the scales is tested and the Kinds of amino acids in the scales are detected by the technique of XRD with an analyser of amino acids. Constitution of the scales is determined by means of the linear refining of diffraction intensity. The relationship between constitution of pangolin scales and mechanism of reducing adhesion of soil to their cuticle is analysed preliminarily.
