门诊超药品说明书用药的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解我院门诊超药品说明书用药情况,促进合理用药。方法:对我院2009年1～3月门诊9000张处方中出现的情况,参照药品说明书的内容分别进行调查分析。结果:门诊超药品说明书用药处方332张,占总处方数的3.7%,其中以儿科和妇科为主,占66.26%。门诊超药品说明书用药情况包括超适应证用药、超低年龄给药、超禁忌证用药、改变药物溶媒等。结论:超药品说明书用法有符合循证医学、循证药学;有属于不合理用药,应引起临床重视。建议制定法规,定期修改药品说明书。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the situation of drug use that goes beyond the scope of package inserts in the outpatient department of our hospital and to promote clinical rational drug use. METHODS： A total of 9 000 prescriptions between Jan. and Mar. 2009 collected from the pediatric outpatient department of our hospital were analyzed in accordance with the contents of the related drug package inserts. RESULTS： Of the total 9 000 prescriptions investigated, 332 （3.7%） involved drug use that goes beyond the scope of package inserts, of which, 66.26% were prescriptions from pediatrics and department of gynaecology. The drug use that goes beyond the scope of package inserts manifested as drug use beyond the scopes of indications, low age and contraindieations, and change of the menstruum etc. CONCLUSION： In some cases, the drug use that goes beyond the package inserts conforms to evidencebased medicine and evidence -based pharmacy, but in some cases, the drug use is irrational which thus should be given great attention in the clinic. It is advisable that laws and regulations be established and package inserts be revised regularly.
