摘　　要：目的探讨组配式人工膝关节假体在膝关节周围恶性骨肿瘤保肢治疗中的临床效果。方法膝关节周围恶性肿瘤15例，行股骨远端或胫骨近端瘤段骨广泛切除术＋组配式人工膝关节假体置换术。结果15例患者经1．5～5年随访，1例死亡，10例无瘤存活，4例带瘤存活。多数患者术后获得了较好的关节功能及生活质量。结论组配式人工膝关节假体治疗膝关节周围恶性肿瘤，能较好地恢复膝关节功能，提高患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical results and the value of modular replacement systems （MRS） in limb-sparing surgery for malignant bone tumors around the knee joint. Methods Among 15 patients with bone tumors aging from 17 to 54 years, osteosarcoma was found in 6 patients, malignant giant cell tumor in 4, malignant fibrous histocytomas in 2, and one each of chondrosarcoma, liposarcoma, fibrosarcoma. 15 cases of malignant bone tumors of the distal femur or the proximal tibia were treated by wide excision and total knee replacement. Results The length of follow-up ranged from 18 months to 5 years during which time 1 patients died, 4 survived as tumor carriers, and 10 were disease free. All patients obtained better functional result in their extrmities and had good quality of life. Conclusions Total knee replacement is an effective method for treating malignant bone tumors around the knee and recovering knee function.
