摘 要:法国的外语教育随着全球化的发展而逐渐得到重视和普及。法国提出的外语语种多元化,中学生至少学习两门外语等理念被欧盟语言政策所采纳,也使法国外语教育政策受到更多关注。本文从外语教育政策、法律法规、教学体系与实践以及师资队伍建设等多方面考察法国的外语教育政策和教学体系,认为全球化、经济和技术的发展是影响其外语教育局面的重要因素。Foreign language education has gradually attracted attention and become widespread in France along with globalization.The French concept of diversifying foreign language options and requiring secondary school students to learn at least two foreign languages have been adopted into the EU language policies.In practice,however,the foreign language teaching in France has yielded mediocre results at best,resulting in her even being labeled as a 'bad pupil' in the EU.This article looks into France's foreign language education policy and system from diverse angles,including legislation,educational system,teaching staff resources and teacher development,etc.,concluding that globalization,economic development and technology advancements are the major factors shaping the foreign language education landscape in France.
