摘  要:轮胎生产调度系统是轮胎行业MES软件系统的核心模块之一,本文针对轮胎制造业中ERP层和PCS层之间的信息脱节现象,提出了轮胎生产中的MES系统设计原则和架构,研发了轮胎生产中基于MES的成型和硫化生产调度系统。着重介绍了MES系统的架构和功能,系统的设计方案,以及成型阶段和硫化阶段的软件流程及数据库结构,特别介绍了它在实际中的应用。本系统在国内某大型轮胎厂试运行后,其日均产量由3月初的10 136.4条增加到5月初的10 801.2条,日均总脱节时间由570.98h减少到271.67 h,减少了有效的提高了产量,减少轮胎生产过程中的脱节时间。该系统纵向上协调了ERP、PCS信息交互,起到枢纽和桥梁的作用。横向上预留了上游工序的接口,具有可扩展性,使用方便,帮助用户显著提高了生产优化调度水平,达到了预期设计目标。Tire production scheduling system is one of the core modules of MES system for tire industry.To the problem of information disjunction between ERP layer and PCS layer,several design principles and structure for a tire production scheduling system were proposed.A scheduling system is developed on tire building and vulcanization.In this paper,the design,structure and functions of MES,the flow of the software and the structure of the database for tire building and vulcanization processes were emphatically introduced,especially the application in practice.In the trial run at a large tire factory,the factory's average daily production increased from 10 136.4 in the early March to 10 801.2 in the early May.The average daily total time out of step decreased from 570.98 h to 271.67 h.This system which increased tire production and decreased time out of step effectively, vertically coordinates information interaction of ERP and PCS,plays the role of hub and bridge.In transverse direction,upstream process interfaces were reserved.This software is scalable,user-friendly and helps users improve the level of optimal scheduling of production significantly,which achieves the desired design goals.
