综合医院护理质量评价指标体系初步研究

摘　　要：目的:初步探索现阶段我国综合医院护理质量评价指标体系应该包括的关键内容。方法:采用改良的Delphi专家函询法,专家函询问卷在访谈和回顾大量文献的基础上形成,函询专家来自全国各地,包括临床护理管理专家、护理质量管理专家、卫生行政部门分管护理工作的专家共54名。结果:经过2轮函询后,专家意见趋于一致,最终形成涵盖要素质量领域、环节质量领域、终末质量领域三领域,用三级结构表示,其中一级包括5项,二级包括17项,三级包括57项的指标内容。结论:探索得出了综合医院护理质量评价指标体系应该涵盖的关键内容,为以后进一步探索研究形成具体的综合医院护理质量评价指标体系奠定了基础。Objective： To explore the main content of nursing quality indicators of general hospitals. Methods： A modified Delphi procedure was used, and the questionnaire was developed through literature review and semi-structured interview. A multidisciplinary panel of 54 nursing experts from clinical management, quality management, health adminis- trative departments was selected for the study. Results： After two rounds of Delphi procedure, the opinion of the experts appeared consistent. An indicator system which covered structure quality, link quality, terminal quality domains and included three-grade indicators was obtained. The first grade included 5 items, the second grade included 17 items, and the third grade consisted of 57 items. Conclusion： The main content of the general hospital nursing quality indicator is obtained. This preliminary study provides a basis for the further study of concrete indicators.
