摘　　要：《护士条例》不仅规范护士护理行为使之合法化、职业化,同时也对护士管理工作提出了更高的要求。文章通过对《护士条例》的解读,结合实践中护士管理的经验,从护士管理工作、保障护士合法权益、督促护士依法履行护理职责方面总结了该院护士管理有效的方式方法,以期为进一步提高护理管理的水平和护理质量提供有益的指导。Nurse Regulation regularizes nurses’ behavior and puts forward a higher claim on nurse management. Combining with practice, the author learned nurse regulation and summarizes effective nurse management methods from three aspects： nurse management, safeguarding rights and interests of nurses and supervising nurses to fulfill duties in accor- dance with the law. Using these methods can improve nursing management and nursing quality.
