摘 要:目的:研究护士长轮岗态度及影响因素,激发护士长的竞争力,使护理管理趋向科学化、规范化。方法:以质性研究中的现象学方法为指导,采用深入访谈方式,运用刺探和引导的方法,使访谈者更深入地发掘受访谈者对"轮岗"这一事件的态度及顾虑。结果:25名受访护士长中有18名对"轮岗"表示赞成,7名护士长对"轮岗"持反对意见。结论:影响态度的因素有年龄因素、学历因素、人格特征因素、认知因素等。开展轮岗前护士长动员、教育、统一认识、解除顾虑是保证轮岗顺利进行的关键。Objective: To investigate the attitudes and the influencing factors of head nurses’ post shift, so as to stimulate the competitive forces of head nurses and make the nursing management scientific and standardized.. Methods: With the guidance of phenomenological method in qualitative research, in-depth interview was adopted. In order to explore the attitudes and worries of interviewee about the "post shift" in depth, the method of exploratory talks and guidance were used. Results: Finally 18 of 25 head nurses who attended the interview expressed consent in "post shift", while there was 7 of them expressed dissenting opinions. Conclusion: The influencing factors of the attitude about post shift were: age, personality, cognition, academy degree and so on. It is important to take mobilization and education to the head nurses before post shift, as well as to integrate cognition and relieve worries to ensure post shift go on smoothly.
