护生进行入院评估时存在问题及对策

摘　　要：入院评估是健康评估的首要环节,也是护生实习的重要内容,入院评估的质量直接影响着病人入院期间的整体护理质量。通过3年中对53名本、专科护生进行入院评估指导发现,护生进行入院评估时在问诊、体格检查、记录等环节存在问题较多,这些问题与课程安排不合理、缺乏指导与考核、病人不配合等因素有关,并从学校教育、临床指导、评估表设计、加强考核等方面提出了提高护生入院评估能力的对策。Admission assessment is a key in health assessment and is an important content in nursing students’clinical practice. The quality of admission assessment influences the whole nursing quality. After directing 53 nursing students to implement the admission assessment for three years, the author finds that there are many problems in asking medical history, physical examination and record. These problems correlate with irrationally course arrangement, lack direction and examination, and non-cooperation of patients. The author puts forward some countermeasures to increase the nursing students’ ability of admission assessment from some aspects such as school education, clinical direction, assessment chart design and examination.
