摘　　要：介绍了知识管理的基本理论，分析了美、英等国在国防采办中推行知识管理的成功做法，提出了我军在装备采办工作中应重视知识管理，建立相应的知识管理组织机构、配套的硬件设施及运行机制，以促进装备采办工作的创新发展。This paper makes an introduction to the basic theory of knowledge management, as well as the analysis of some successful practice which are taken by the US, Britain and so on in their defense acquisition field. After that, the paper proposes that we should pay more attention to the knowledge management in our equipment acquisition field, and build the relevant organization, hardware facilities and operation mechanism of knowledge management in order to promote the innovative development of equipment acquisition.
