摘　　要：在认真把握相关概念和内涵的基础上，科学划分装备采购干部的种类，分析我军装备采购干部任职现状，并对建立我军装备采购干部任职制度，提高装备采购人才队伍建设水平，提出了相关对策和建议。Based on the carefully studying to the concept and connotation, this paper divides the different kinds of equipment procurement cadres scientifically, and analyzes the present condition of the qualification of equipment procurement cadres. Finally, it puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions of establishing the qualification identification system of equipment procurement cadres and improving the training of equipment procurement personnel.
