老年结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻一期切除吻合的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨老年结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻行急诊一期手术的方法及并发症的预防。方法2004年1月至2009年1月笔者所在医院收治57例结肠癌合并肠梗阻的老年患者。均急诊行一期切除吻合术，术中肠道灌洗，吻合口两层缝合。结果所有一期吻合的患者均无吻合口漏发生，全部痊愈出院，术后合并切口感染14例，肺部感染12例．经治疗痊愈。结论老年结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻，掌握正确的手术指征和方法，急诊一期切除吻合术安全可行。Objective To investigate the management and prognosis of emergent colon obstruction with cancer. Methods From Jan 2004 to Jan 2009, fifty seven elderly cases with bowel obstruction caused by colonic cancers were treated during the past five years. All of them were treated with intraoperative decompression, on - table lavage, resection and anastomosis. Results There were no anastomotic leakage observed, all patients were safety discharged. 14 patients complicated with incision infeetion, 12 patients were infected with pneumonia. Conclusion For proper cases, it is safe and feasible to one - stage resection of left colon cancer with acute obstruction.
