摘 要:激光二极管泵浦的内腔倍频全固态绿光激光器发展迅速,已经在通讯、医疗、激光显示和科学研究等领域得到了较为广泛地应用。研究高效率、高功率、高光束质量和/或高稳定性的全固态绿光激光器仍是当前研究的主要内容。以内腔倍频的方式产生绿光激光,对于平衡这几个方面的激光性能有较大优势。通过分析总结LD端面泵浦内腔倍频绿光激光器的研究历史可以看出,人们在研究绿光激光器的过程中始终以突破其中某一项性能指标或者平衡部分指标来优化性能为目标。对世界范围内的相关研究进行对比,标定目前所达到的研究水平,对于即将开展相关研究的科研工作者是一份有益的参考。目前来看,LD端面泵浦内腔倍频绿光激光器某些单方面的性能指标已经达到相当高的水平,并且很多是国内的研究者率先达到的。目前研究的重点应该是如何采取更好的方法使得激光器各方面突出的性能指标集于一体。Laser diode end-pumped solid state green lasers are developing fast,and have been widely applied in communication,medical,laser display and scientific researching and other fields.The main research contents are still focused on high efficient,high power,high beam quality and/or high stability all solid state green lasers.It has more advantages for balancing the lasing performance while using method of intracavity frequency-doubling to produce green laser.After analyzing the researching history of LD end-pumped intracavity frequency-doubling green lasers,we can conclude that the goal of most researches is making a breakthrough in one or two aspects or achieving an optimization balance between several aspects of laser performance.It's important and has some benefits to make a comparison of relevant researches worldwidely for upcoming researches on green lasers and demarcate the current researching level.At the present time,it's true that certain one-sided performance of LD end-pumped intracavity frequency-doubling green laser has reached a very high level,and most of the achievements are contributed by domestic researchers.The current study should focus on how to take better way to make most of the performance indicators more prominent simultaneously.
