瘦肉型猪抗应激品系DNA指纹分析

摘　　要：以人源小卫星探针 33.15和 33.6分析了瘦肉型猪抗应激品系DNA指纹。结果表明在2 .0～ 2 3.0kb区间内图带数分别为 13.4 2± 2 .75和 11.0 0± 1.61,相似系数为 0 .558± 0 .0 97和0 .653± 0 .0 96,33.15探针检测其特征带为 2 .1kb和 10 .0kb。DNA fingerprints of anti stress line of lean type weinl were genorated by the human minisatellite probe 33.15 and 33.6. The result showed that the average numbers of detected bands were 13.42±2.75 and 11.00±1.61 respectively; the averoge similarity coefficiency were 0.55±0.097 and 0.653±0.096; the specific bands for the line were 2.1 kb and 10.0 kb produced by probe 33.15.\;
