气缸活塞组磨损对功率和油耗指标影响的试验研究

摘　　要：本文分别应用小型柴油机加速模拟磨损试验方法和模拟气缸活塞组实际磨损的二次旋转组合设计试验方法,来研究气缸活塞组磨损对发动机功率和油耗指标的影响。试验表明,气缸活塞组的磨损对发动机的功率和油耗指标影响不大。This paper studied the influence of the wearing down of the cylinder-piston group on the index of the engine power and the fuel consumption by means of acceleration simulated wear test of the small-sized diesel engine and by means of quadratic rotation combination design trial of the simulated wearing down of the cylinder-piston group, showing not much influence on them.
