摘  要:电力电子装置中开关器件在开通和关断过程中会形成宽频带的电磁干扰,如何建立相关器件的宽频等效电路模型尤为重要。提出一种将黑箱理论与传统等效电路相结合的宽频电路建模方法。该方法对测量所得阻抗与传统等效电路所得阻抗进行求差运算获取黑箱模型阻抗,通过矢量匹配方法对该阻抗进行有理函数逼近,应用阻抗综合理论建立等效电路。基于该方法,分别建立了高压直流输电换流阀组件内的水冷电阻、阳极电抗器以及电容器的宽频等效电路。结果表明,该方法既保留了传统等效电路参数的意义,又考虑了高频情况下器件的频变效应,能够应用于电力电子系统内无源元件的宽频建模。With the application of semiconductor switch in power systems,wideband modeling of related devices is necessary to analyze the electromagnetic interference. This paper presents an efficient method to model the passive devices with traditional equivalent circuit combined with black-box theory. Black-box impedance was obtained by the subtraction operation between the measured and the traditional model. Vector fitting was used to approximate this impedance and circuit synthesis theory was applied to provide equivalent circuits. Based on these,wideband models of water-cooled resistor,anode reactor and capacitor were presented. The results show that this new method enables the designers to retain their existing physical models while providing a means to capture the high frequency effects accurately.
