摘 要:目的研究B细胞激活因子(BAFF)和增殖诱导配体(APRIL)在淋系血液肿瘤的表达情况及其临床意义。方法应用双抗夹心ELISA方法检测20例淋系血液肿瘤、17例髓系血液肿瘤患者和对照组25名健康献血员的血清BAFF和APRIL水平,并进行相关分析。结果①淋系血液肿瘤组的血清BAFF和APRIL分别为3.66±1.92ng/ml和38.29±24.99ng/ml,均明显高于对照组的2.90±0.52ng/ml和17.97±4.96ng/ml(分别为q=3.50,P〈O.05和q=4.85,P〈0.01),也高于髓系血液肿瘤纽的2.96±0.93ng/ml扣18.43±8.39ng/ml(分别为q=3.22,P〈0.05和q=5.19,P〈0.01)。②髓系血液肿瘤组的BAFF扣APRIL水平则与对照组无明显差异(分别为q=0.21和q=0.10,均为P〉0.05)。③淋系血液肿瘤组血清BAFF和APRIL水平呈正相关(r=0.5484,t=2.7838,P〈0.01)。而髓系血液肿瘸组扣对照组血清BAFF和APRIL水平均无相关关系(分别为r=0.0963和-0.2170,均为P〉0.05)。结论淋系血液肿瘤患者的BAFF和APRIL均高表达,可能是B细胞相关疾病发生机制的重要原因之一。Objective To study the expression and significance of B-cell activating factor(BAFF) and a proliferation-inducing ligand (APRIL) in patients with lymphocyte-related malignant. Methods To test the serum levels of BAFF and APRIL in 20 patients with lymphocyte-related malignant, 17 patients with myelogenous-related malignant and 25 cases ofcontrol group by ELISA. Results (1)The serum levels of BAFF in patients with lymphocyte-related malignant were higher than control group(3.66±1.92 ng/ml vs 2.90±0. 52 ng/ml,q=3.50,P〈0.05),and the serum levels of APRIL were higher than control group(38. 29±24.99 ng/ml vs 17.97±4.96 ng/ml ,q=4.85,P〈0. 01). The serum levels of BAFF and APRIL in patients with lymphocyte-related malignant were higher than levels of patients with myelogenous-related malignant,which were 2.96±0.93 ng/ml and 18.43±8.39 ng/ml respectively(q= 3.22,P〈0.05 and q=5.19,P〈0. 01. (2)The serum levels of BAFF and APRIL in patients with myelogenous-related malignant were no significance compared to control group(P〈0.05). (3)There were positive relation both BAFF and APRIL in patients with lymphocyte-related malignant (r = 0. 548 4 ,t= 2. 783 8 ,P〈0. 01 ). But ,there were no relation both BAFF and APRIL in patients with myelogenous-related malignant and in control group (r=0. 548 4 and -0. 217 0,P〉0. 05). Conclusion The expression of BAFF and APRIL in patients with lymphocyte-related malignant may be one of factor contributed the B cell-related malignant.
