摘　　要：目的探讨bcl-xL在浅表性膀胱肿瘤中的表达及其与预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化二步法检测bcl-xL在80例浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者肿瘤组织中的表达，并且比较bcl-xL表达异常和正常患者的无瘤生存时间。结果随访5～48个月，bcl-xL表达异常者的复发率为71．4％（30／42），高于表达正常者的50．0％（19，38）（P〈0．05）；且无瘤生存时间[（16．0±1．2）个月]短于表达正常者[（36．0±4．5）个月]（P〈0．05）。结论浅表性膀胱肿瘤bcl-xL表达异常者其术后复发时间早，无瘤生存时间短，bel-xL可能成为判断膀胱肿瘤患者预后的指标。Objective To investigate the relations of the expression of bcl-xL in superficial bladder tumor and prognosis. Method The expression of bcl-xL was detected by envision system in 80 cases of superficial bladder tumor. Results In patients with high expression of bcl-xL, the recurrence rate was higher than that of normal expression [71.4%（30/42） vs 50.0%（19/38） ,P〈 0.05], and the recurrence of time as early as normal expression [（16.0 ± 1.2 ） months vs （36.0 ± 4.5） months]（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The expression of bel-xL could effectively predict the prognosis of patients with bladder tumor, those who with high expression of bcl-xL have bad prognosis.
