后冲拳技术在散手比赛中运用现状与对策研究

摘　　要：散打是武术的对抗性项目,其中冲拳技术最为简洁实用,为研究冲拳技术在散手比赛中的运用现状,文章运用文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法分析我国散打运动员在散打比赛中运用冲拳技术的现状,研究结果发现:我国运动员运用后冲拳次数较多,但存在与其他进攻技术的配合不平衡的问题。文章针对这些问题提出了相应的对策,为以后散打运动的发展提供建议。Sanshou is one item of Wushu,and Chong Quan is a simple and better skill in Sanshou.In order to study the current situations of Chongquan in Sanshou competitons,with the methods of literature and expert interview,the paper does the analysis on the current situations of Chongquan application in Sanda competitions and finds out that： Chinese athletes used more Chongquan frequently,but there is a problem that it is offensive imbalance with other technologies.For these problems,corresponding countermeasures are put forward for Sanda development.
