我国裕固族聚居区中小学体育现状与发展对策研究——以甘肃省肃南裕固族自治县为个案

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法,对我国56个民族中人数最少的裕固族聚居区中小学体育现状进行调查,发现裕固族聚居区中小学体育开课率高,但不规范;新课程标准实施率低。课余体育锻炼和课余运动竞赛开展良好,课余运动训练不系统;专职体育教师数量严重不足,年龄、职称结构不合理;兼职体育教师缺少必要的培养,教育教学水平不高;体育经费匮乏,缺少运动场地、器材。提出依据极少数少数民族聚居区中小学实际按学校配齐专职体育教师;民族传统体育与大众体育有机结合和谐发展,形成独具特色的极少数少数民族学校体育等发展对策,旨在为人数最少的少数民族聚居区中小学体育的发展提供理论依据。By the ways of literature, questionnaire, visiting and statistics, this paper makes an analysis on the present situation of the sports educations of the middle and elementary schools in the region where the Yugu nationality lives. The study shows that there is a high proportion of giving lectures, but most of them do not conform to the standard; the percentage of putting the new course criterion of sports education into practice is low; the amateur physical training and athleticism have a good development, but amateur sports training is unsystematic ; the quantity of the sports teachers of full time is greatly short, while their ages and the structures of professional title are unreasonable; the part -time sports teachers lack the necessary train and their level of sports teaching is low ; the outlay for sports, the essential playground and sports equipments are deficient, and so on. On the basis of these we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions. Our aim is to provide the scientific basis for the development of the physical education of the middle and elementary schools in the region where the Yugu nationality lives.
