硫酸锌抗SMAO休克与抗脂质过氧化作用研究

摘  要:目的研究肠系膜上动脉闭塞(SMAO)性休克时,血浆及组织脂质过氧化变化及硫酸锌的保护作用,为临床对体克的治疗提供理论依据。方法复制家兔SMAO性休克模型,以超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、黄嘌呤氧化酶(XO)及丙二醛(MDA)含量为指标观察SMAO休克时脂质过氧化变化及硫酸锌对其含量的影响。结果与对照组比较,SMAO组SOD活性明显降低、XOD活性、MDA含量明显升高(P<0.01).硫酸锌+SMAO组各指标虽有变化,但差异无显著性。结论SMAO性休克时体内脂质过氧化过程加强,硫酸锌抗脂质过氧化作用可能是其抗休克作用的机制之一。To investigate the changes of lipid peroxide during superior mesenteric artery occlusion (SMAO) shock and the protective effect of zinc sulfate. Method Models of rabbits under SMAO shock were made.The effect of zinc sulfate on superoxide dismutase (SOD), xanthine oxidase (XO) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were observed. Result A contrastive study showed that in the SMAO group, SOD was decreased while XO and MSA contents were Increased obviously (P<0. 01). In the group administrating zinc sulfate and SMAO, all the indexes were also changed but in rather small amount without obvious difference. Confusion it is suggested that the lipid peroxidation process was increased in SMAO shock and that anti-SMAO shock effect of zine sulfate may be associated with its anti-lipid peroxidation.
