钨丝弹簧圈血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤

机构地区：[1]天津医科大学附属第三中心医院脑系科,300170 [2]白求恩医科大学第一临床学院神经外科 [3]白求恩医科大学第一临床学院神经外科目的探讨钨丝弹簧圈血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的临床疗效。方法股动脉Seldinger’s穿刺,经Tracker-18或Masic3F/2F微导管送入钨丝弹簧圈栓塞动脉瘤腔。结果6例患者共进行7次栓塞(其中假性动脉瘤进行2次),有5例动脉瘤95%~100%闭塞,颈内动脉入颅处动脉瘤和假性动脉瘤的第二次治疗均闭塞90%,6例均保持载瘤动脉通畅。结论钨丝弹簧国血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤是一种疗效确实的治疗方法。

摘　　要：血管内栓塞术;;颅内动脉瘤;;Objective To explore the application of endovascular embolization with Wolfram micro-coil for the treatment of intracranial aneurysm. Method Femoral artery Selding's puncture was performed through Tracker-18 or Magic 3F/2F duct into Wolfram micro-coil to embolize aneurysm. Result 6 cases received embolization 7 times with false aneurysms embolized twice. In 5 caeses the lumen of the aneurysm was occluded totally, and the aneurysm at the entrance to cranium and the false aneurysm were also occluded by 90%. All the 6 cases kept their aneurysm-carrying arteries unobstructed. Conclusion Endovascular embolization with Wolfram micro-coil is an established effective method for the treatment of intracranial aneurysm.
