球等鞭金藻海藻油的提取工艺

摘　　要：以乙醚/石油醚为溶剂提取球等鞭金藻海藻油。以料液比、乙醚/石油醚体积比、提取温度和提取时间为影响因素,海藻油得率为考察指标,通过单因素实验和正交实验,确定的最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比1∶15,乙醚/石油醚体积比1∶2,提取温度20℃,提取时间5 h;在此条件下,球等鞭金藻海藻油得率为(40.8±1.1)%。The algae oil was extracted from lsochrysis galbana with ethyl - petroleum ether. The effects on the oil yield of ratio of stuff to liquid, volume ratio of ethyl ether to petroleum ether, extraction temperature and time were researched. The optimal conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment as follows： ratio of stuff to liquid 1： 15, volume ratio of ethyl ether to petroleum ether 1 ：.2, extraction temperature 20℃, extraction time 5 h. Under the optimal conditions the oil yield was （40. 8±1.1 ） %.
