摘　　要：目的:了解男女海洛因依赖者气质性格特征差异,为临床干预提供有价值的信息。方法:采用气质性格量表(TCI)对495例康复期海洛因依赖者进行气质性格问卷调查,比较男、女海洛因依赖者气质性格特征各维度分的差异。结果:男性海洛因依赖者的TCI合作性(CO)维度分低于女性海洛因依赖者(60.74±s8.00比62.89±s8.20,P<0.01),其余维度分比较差异无统计学意义。结论:与女性海洛因依赖者相比较,男性海洛因依赖者的合作性较差,临床干预措施应考虑到男女气质性格方面的差异,以提高干预效果。Objective：To understand the gender differences of temperament and character in heroin dependent patients and provide useful information for intervention.Methods：The Temperament and Character Inventory（TCI）was used to assess 495 abstinent heroin dependent patients.The scores of TCI were compared between male and female heroin dependent patients.Results：The mean scores of cooperativeness（CO）dimension in TCI in male heroin dependent patients were lower than those of the females（60.74±s 8.00 vs 62.89±s 8.20,P〈0.01）.No differences were found in other dimension scores of TCI.Conclusion：Compared to female heroin dependent patients,the male heroin dependent patients are less cooperative,which should be considered in clinical intervention to improve treatment outcomes.
