摘　　要：目的；检测４ＨＰＲ对ＨｅＬａ细胞生长的影响。方法；采用ＳＲＢ实验法。结果：１０６４４ｇ／ｍｌ，２μｇ／ｍｌ，４μｇ／ｍｌ，８μｇ／ｍｌ，１６μｇ／ｍｌ，的４ＨＰＲ作用２４ｈ，４８ｈ，７２ｈ后ＨｅＬａ细胞其ＯＤ值分别为１．７８，１．７７，１．７２，１．６８，１．６０，１．５９，１．５５，１．４０，１．３３，１．３２，１．１６，１．０３，０．７５，０．６９，０．５４。对照组为１．７０，１７１，１．Objective: To detect the effects of 4HPR on the growth of Hela cells. Methods: SRB method. Result: 24, 28 and 72 hours after the treatment with 1 g/ml, 2g/ml. 4 g/ml, 16 g/ml, OD values of Hela Cells were 1.78, 1.77, 1.72,1.68, 1.60, 1.59,1.55, 1.4o, 1.33, 1.32, 1.16, 1.03, 0.75, 0.69, 0.54 respectively. Control, 1.70, 1.71, and 1.77. Conclusion: 4HPR can inhibit the growth of Hela cells. The inhibition degree is proportional to the concentration of 4HPR.
