子宫颈鳞状上皮不典型增生、子宫颈鳞状上皮癌与子宫颈正常上皮细胞超微结构的比较研究

摘　　要：目的；研究了宫颈鳞状上皮不典型增生及子宫鳞状上皮癌超微结构的改变，证实不典型增生确为癌前病变。方法：选取因良性疾病子宫切除患者为空白对照组，选取活检标本经病理诊断为宫颈鳞状上皮不典型增生为实验１组，子宫颈鳞状上皮癌为实验２组，经固定包埋后制成超薄切片，电镜下进行对照观察其超微结构的改变。结论：子宫颈鳞状上皮不典型增生实质上是癌前病变。Objective: To study the changes in the ultrastructure of atypical hyperplasia and squmous cell carcinoma so as to confirm the atypical hyperplasia is the precancerous stage. Methods: Control patients of uterine excision due to noncancerous conditions. Test group 1: patients with atypical squamous cell hyperplasia of the cervis Test group 2: patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma. The ultrasection of the samples were prepared with ultramicrotome and examined by trans missinon electron microscope. Result: The atypical squamous cell hyperplasia of cervix was the precancerous pathological change of the cervical carcinoma.
