摘 要:为解决平均风速和最大风速法在风速分布估计中误差较大、精度不高的问题,在现有的平均风速和最大风速法的基础上,将其估计的时间段划为若干小段,采用平均风速和最大风速法对每小段进行估计后,对每小段中的平均风速和形状参数用正交多项式作最小二乘曲线拟合,得到了更具代表意义的Weibull分布形状参数,从而得出了高精度的风速分布。实验结果表明,该方法涉及的参数量少,运算速度快,有利于提高风电场风能评估效率。In the estimation of wind speed distribution by mean wind speed method and maximum wind speed method both the error accuracy of estimation results are unsatisfied. To solve the problem, based on existing mean wind speed method and maximum wind speed method, firstly, the estimated time interval is divided into several sub-intervals; then after the estimation of wind speed distribution in each sub-interval by mean wind speed method and maximum wind speed method, the least square curve fitting of the mean wind speed and shape parameter in each sub-interval is performed by orthogonal polynomial to obtain a more representative Weibull distribution shape parameter, thus a wind speed distribution with high accuracy is attained. Experimental results show that the proposed method concerns a few parameters and its calculation speed is fast, so this method is favorable to improve wind energy evaluation efficiency of wind farms.
