软坚消瘿汤对甲状腺自身抗体及Bcl-2/Bax表达的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察软坚消瘿汤对实验性自身免疫性甲状腺炎(EAT)大鼠甲状腺抗体和凋亡蛋白Bcl-2/Bax影响,从凋亡蛋白角度探讨其作用机制。[方法]运用甲状腺球蛋白与弗氏佐剂混合免疫注射法,联合饮用高碘水模拟大鼠实验性自身免疫性甲状腺炎。酶联免疫法检测甲状腺抗体,免疫组化法检测甲状腺细胞Bcl-2/Bax变化。[结果]软坚消瘿汤能显著降低甲状腺抗体和Bax水平,增加甲状腺细胞Bcl-2表达。[结论]软坚消瘿汤可能通过降低抗体及Bax水平,提高Bcl-2表达从而减轻甲状腺细胞凋亡。[ Objective ] To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Xiaoying Ruanjian Decoction on experimental autoimmune thyroiditis （EAT） rats from the levels of thyroid antibody and apoptosis - regulated proteins Bcl - 2/Bax. To Investigate the effect Mechanism from apoptosis -regulated proteins. [Methods]An animal model of experimental autoimmune thyroiditis （EAT） in rats was developed by injecting thyroglobulin mixed with Freund＇s adjuvant immunization and drinking Periodate water . To detect the levels of autoantibodies with Enzyme - linked imrnunosorbent assay. To observe the level change of Bcl - 2/Bax in the thyroid of rat with Immuno- histochemical staining. [Results] Ruanjian Xiaoying Decoction significantly reduces the levels of Bax and antibody in thyroid cells and increases the expression of Bcl -2. [ Concluaion~ Ruanjian Xiaoying Decoction alleviates the levels of Bax and antibody and increas the expression of Bcl -2 of EAT , which reduces apoptosis in thyroid ceils.
