脑心通联合辅酶Q10治疗皮质下动脉硬化性脑病30例

摘　　要：[目的]研究脑心通联合辅酶Q10胶囊治疗皮质下动脉硬化性脑病的临床疗效。[方法] 60例皮质下动脉硬化性脑病患者随机分为两组。治疗组30例,脑心通3粒,3次/日,辅酶Q10胶囊10mg,3次/日;对照组30例,辅酶Q10胶囊10mg,3次/日。两量表(MMSE)及日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)的评定。[结果] 12周后,两组患者MMSE、ADL评分与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义;两组间比较,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,无明显不良反应。结论:脑心通联合辅酶Q10胶囊治疗皮质下动脉硬化性脑病安全有效。[ Objective] To study Naoxintong joint Coenzyme Q10 Capsule patients with subcortical arterioselerotic encephalopathy clinical efficacy.[ Method] 60 patients with subcortieal arteriosclerotic encephalopathy patients were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group, 30 cases ： Naoxintong 3, 3 times / day, Coenzyme Q10 capsules 10mg, 3 times / day; control group, 30 cases： Coenzyme Q10 capsules 10mg, 3 times / day. 2 Scale （MMSE） and activities of daily living scale （ADL） assessed. [Results] After 12 weeks, two groups of patients with MMSE, ADL score compared with those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant ; between the two groups, treatment group significantly better than the control group, no significant adverse reactions. [ Conclusion] Coenzyme Q10 Naoxintong joint capsule patients with subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy safe and effective.
