摘　　要：目的探讨国防生吸烟情况及其社会心理因素,为学校控制国防生吸烟提供科学依据。方法对某校理工类360名男性国防生的吸烟情况进行调查,应用Logistic逐步回归分析法筛选吸烟影响因素。结果理工类男性国防生吸烟率33.76%,应酬是吸烟的主要原因,占37.26%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,父母吸烟(OR=1.833,95%CI为1.934～3.612)、教师教官吸烟(OR=1.376,95%CI为1.083～3.547)、同学朋友吸烟(OR=3.642,95%CI为1.072～4.381)、同学朋友聚会(OR=2.558,95%CI为1.107～4.097)、月生活费用(OR=3.071,95%CI为1.876～4.225)、吸烟态度(OR=2.512,95%CI为1.811～3.432)与吸烟有关,同学朋友吸烟影响最大。结论国防生吸烟率较高,学校应积极开展戒烟宣传与心理健康教育,加强吸烟行为的干预和控制。Objective To explore smoking status and its social-psychological factors among male students in major of national defense form the colleges of science and engineering in Lanzhou, Gansu province. Methods 360 male students, from the major of national defense in colleges of science and engineering in Lanzhou, were investigated on their smoking. Data and risk factors were analyzed with logistic regression analysis. Results The general smoking rate was 33.76%; entertainment was the main reason for smoking, accounting for 37.26%. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that parental smoking （OR=1.833, 95%CI： 1.934-3.612）, teacher＇s smoking （1.376, 1.083-3.547）, students or friends smoking （3.642, 1.072~4.381）, classmates or friends gatherings （2.558, 1.107-4.097）, the cost of living per month （3.071, 1.876-4.225）, personal attitude （2.512, 1.811 ~3.432） were risk factors for their smoking, and the students or friends smoking had the greatest impact. Conclusion The smoking rate was higher in the studied subjects. Colleges should actively promote smoking cessation and mental health education to enhance the prevention and control of the smoking behavior.
