摘　　要：开展远程教育资源共享服务是提升现代远程教育资源质量和推动现代远程教育资源库发展的重要手段。对远程教育资源共享服务的基本原理、资源机构共享服务的类型与特点、资源库资源共享服务的内涵与构成要素分别进行理论分析和对比研究发现,资源共享中的"推力"和"拉力"机制、不同资源机构库在共享服务上采取的服务模式以及资源共享服务中体现出的便捷性、有效性和个性化构成要素,均反映出满足用户需求是资源库资源共享服务应达到的目标。要根据用户的不同需求,采取不同的服务策略,为不同用户提供不同的服务内容,使用户享受到提供资源、管理资源、获取资源、应用资源的全过程服务。The implementation of distance education resource sharing plays a significant role in improving the quality of modern distance education resources and promoting the construction of modern distance education resource bank. The article makes a theoretical analysis and a comparative study of the following factors： the fundamental principles of distance education resource sharing service, the categories and characteristics of resource organization sharing service as well as the connotation and constituents of resource bank sharing service. On the basis of the system of thrust and pull in resource sharing, and service model used by various resource banks in sharing service, the components of convenience, effectiveness and personalization resource bank sharing service is in resource sharing service show, the in the pursuit of meeting the demand conclusion has been drawn that the of users. Corresponding to different demands of users, resource bank sharing service should employ relevant service strategies and provide them with service contents. Thus, users can pleasantly enjoy themselves in the process of resource supply, resource management, resource acquirement and resource application.
