发达国家引进智力工作对我国的启示

摘　　要：在人才国际化背景下,世界各国纷纷制定出引进智力的相关政策吸引并留住人才。我国的引进智力工作存在着法制建设滞后、重引进轻管理等问题,应借鉴发达国家引进智力工作的成功经验,完善引进智力人员管理政策法规体系,进一步建立健全引进智力工作的服务支撑体系,同时开拓高校作为引进智力工作主阵地的创新机制,进而完善我国的引进智力工作。In the context of talented people internationalization, some countries set down the correlative introducing intelligence policies to attract and retain talented people. There are some problems in our country＇ s intelligence introduction work such as legal system construction lags behind;attaches importance to introduction and look down on management. We should use the successful experience of developed countries＇ intelligence introduction work for reference, perfect introduced intelligence management policy system, further construct and perfect service and support system of intelligence introduction work, at the same time exploit the created mechanism that institutions of higher education are the main position of intelligence introduction work, thereby,perfect our country＇ s intelligence introduction work.
