摘　　要：目的:探讨个别上前牙舌向错位美容修复的相关问题及治疗效果。方法:选择上前牙舌向错位,牙周状态良好的患者50例72颗牙齿进行冠或瓷贴面的修复,并对修复体的边缘着色、边缘完整性、继发龋以及牙龈健康四方面进行评价。结果:修复后6个月或1年的临床观察,除1例2颗牙齿因牙石堆积引起牙龈炎,其余修复体均达到A级标准。结论:个别上前牙舌向错位应用冠或瓷贴面的修复,能达到功能与美观相统一的疗效。Objective： To evaluate the related question and treatment result of individual maxillary anterior teeth of lingual dislocation with esthetics repair. Method： To select 50 patients 72 teeth of individual maxillary anterior teeth of lingual dislocation and periodontal condition was good,repaired them with the crown or the porcelain veneer, and appraised the edge coloration, the edge integrity, secondary caries ,the gum health four aspects of the restorations. Result： Clinical observation of repairs the latter 6 months or 1 year, extept 1 example 2 teeth have gingivitis because dental calculus stack, other restorations all achieved the A level standard. Conclusion： The crown or the porcelain veneer was used to repair individual maxillary anterior teeth of lingual dislocation , this can achieve curative effect of the function and artistic unifies.
