摘　　要：研究氟吗啉对MCF-7细胞增殖的影响。实验中设定溶剂对照组、雌激素组(10-7～10-12mol/L)和氟吗啉各剂量组(10-5～10-9mol/L),染毒7d,采用噻唑蓝(MTT)法对人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞增殖情况进行分析,酶标仪检测吸光度(490nm)。氟吗啉各剂量组的增殖率在87.1%～129%之间,与溶剂对照组相比均无显著性差异。氟吗啉可能不具有拟雌激素样活性。To observe the effect of flumorph on the proliferation in MCF-7 cell. Human estrogen-dependent MCF-7 breast cancer cells were used to evaluate proliferating effects of flumorph with concentrations of 10 5-10 9 mol/L and E2 with concentrations of 10 7-10-12 mol/L for seven days. The proliferation of MCF-7 cells was analyzed by the MTT assay. Absorbance was detected by microplate reader. The relative proliferation rates of the flumorph groups were from 87.1 to 129%, and there was no significant difference between each treated group and the control group. It was indicated that flumorph may not have initiative estrogen activity.
