摘 要:为解决电网规划的多目标、非线性、离散型的NP难的寻优问题。利用满意优化理论建立了电网规划的多目标满意优化模型。模型中考虑了电网规划的经济性最好与可靠性最高两个目标函数,用满意解定义它们各自的满意度,同时采用线性加权法确定其综合满意度。并通过改进的粒子群算法来对模型进行求解。18节点的系统算例表明所提模型及算法是可行的。This paper presents a mult-objective optimization model for power network planning, using satisfactory optimization, in which the best economy and the best reliability of the network play are considered simultaneously. Their satisfaction with their respective was difinited with satisfactory solution. At the same time using a linear-weighted method to determine their overall satisfaction, and through improved particle swarm algorithm to solce the model. 18 node system examples show that the proposed model and algorithm are feasible.
