摘 要:利用小鼠胚胎细胞探讨电离辐射与镉之间的细胞遗传学交叉适应性反应,结果表明:预先给孕9d小鼠全身照射1、2、4和8cGy60Coγ射线,可降低由随后按体重4mg/kg镉引起的染色体畸变率;相反,预先给予孕鼠0.25、0.5、1.0和2.0mg/kg镉处理可降低随后由1.5Gy60Coγ射线全身照射引起的染色体畸变率。由0.5mg/kg镉诱导对1.5Gy60Coγ射线的交叉适应性反应有明显的时间效应,两者间隔0.5h,适应性反应不明显,间隔4h已很明显(p<0.05),8h达最高峰(p<0.01),间隔12、24h适应性反应完全消失,并表现出协同效应,提示电离辐射与镉之间存在交叉适应性反应;这种反应并有明显的时间效应。In this study, the cytogenetic cross adaptive to ionzing radiation and Cadmium were explored, by using embryo cells of mice. The results shwoed that 1,2,4 and 8cGy 60 Co γ rays could reduce the frequenecy of chromosome aberration in embryo cells of mice in vivo caused by subsequent Cd 4mg/kg body weight; By contrast, 0.25, 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0mg/kg Cd could reduce the frequency of chromosome aberration in embryo cells of mice in vivo caused by subsequent 1.5cGy 60 Co γ rays. The time effects of 0.5mg/kg Cd to 1.5Gy 60 Co γ rays on the cross adaptive response in embryo cells of mice were obsreved. The time interval 0.5 h, the cross resistance no significant p>0.05, the time interval 4h, p<0.05, 8h, p<0.01, but time interval 12h and 24h, no cross resistance were obserced, instead of coopration. All these results indicat that the ionizing radiation and cadmium each other could induce cross adaptive response and have time effect.
