摘 要:产品多领域协同设计的复杂性使得设计过程模型结构检测更为关键。基于活动的协同关联图(简称CCM_A)建模方法是适合描述产品多领域协同设计过程的建模新方法,针对CCM_A过程模型中时序流、信息流、材料流,三"流"分离的特点,提出了基于语义推理的多元过程模型结构检测方法;针对产品多领域协同设计过程的复杂性,确定对其设计过程模型进行分级检测;最后通过实例应用验证了该方法的有效性,同时分析总结了指导过程模型构建的基本规则。The product multidisciplinary cooperative design process' s complexity causes the process model structure verification to be more essential. The Cooperating Correlative Map Base on Activity (CCM A) is a new process modeling method for product multidisciplinary cooperative design. There are three types of " flow" in CCM_A process model, namely sequence order flow, information flow and material flow, according to the characteristics of three "flow" separation, a pluralist structure test method based on semantic reasoning was put forward. And in view of the product multidisciplinary cooperative design process' s complexity, the graduation verification method to its process model was determined. Finally a structure verification case is im- plemented, and the result shows that the proposed method is effective, simultaneously the fundamental rules for construction process model were proposed through the example analysis.
