4种活血化瘀药物对不同阶段Lewis肺癌生长和转移影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察川芎、鸡血藤、苏木、水蛭4种活血药对C57BL/6小鼠移植性Lewis肺癌不同阶段的移植瘤和肺转移的影响。方法:建立C57BL/6小鼠移植性Lewis肺癌肺转移模型,分别给予川芎、鸡血藤、苏木、水蛭单药灌胃,分3个时间点与模型对照组进行比较,动态观察各组抑瘤率和转移情况。结果:第5天,鸡血藤组和苏木组的瘤重与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),第10天,鸡血藤组、苏木组和水蛭组的瘤重与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),第21天,用药各组瘤重与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。川芎组、苏木组肺转移灶数目与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:根据本实验4种活血药均有一定的抑瘤及抑制转移作用,但随着病期的进展作用逐渐减弱。Objective：To observe the effects of four kinds of hemorheologic agents,on tumor growth,metastasis of mice transplanted with Lewis lung carcinoma.Methods：Hemorheologic agents were orally administered to C57BL/6 mice transplanted with Lewis lung carcinoma cells respectively.The transplanted tumor weight and lung metastatic foci of the mice were evaluated and compared with those of untreated mice in three phases.Conclusion：Four kinds of hemorheologic agents can inhibit the tumor growth and metastasis.The effection was weaker and weaker during the disease developed.
