摘 要:目的了解北京市朝阳区小学生心理健康状况,为制定健康教育策略提供依据。方法分层随机抽取6所学校的1784名小学生为研究对象,采用儿童行为量表(CBCL)调查其社交能力与行为问题。结果这一群体的社交能力与美国同龄群体基本相当,行为问题的检出率为11.5%,女生社交能力3个维度分别得分7.39分、7.75分和5.38分,男生3个维度分别得分6.93分、7.08分和5.12分,女生得分显著高于男生且行为问题更少;学校是影响学生社交能力和行为问题的重要因素;学校情况得分与行为问题得分相关性为-0.358。结论要积极关注存在行为问题的学生,学校健康教育是改善学生行为的重要因素。Objective To investigate the status of pupils' mental heath in Chaoyang District of Beijing City,and to provide evidence for making health education strategies.Methods Using stratified random sampling,1784 pupils from 6 primary schools were selected to undergo a survey with Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL) for their social competence and behavior problem.Results The social competence of the participants basically matched that of American pupils in the same age.The positive rate of behavior problem of the participants was 11.5%.The three dimension scores of the social competence about girls were 7.39,7.75 and 5.38,respectively,and those about boys were 6.93,7.08 and 5.12,respectively.Besides,the social competence score of the girls was significantly higher than that of the boys,and the girls had fewer behavior problems.The concern of school was the important influencing factor of pupil' social competence and behavior problem,and the correlation coefficient between the school score and the behavior problem was-0.358.Conclusion The pupils who have behavior problem should be paid close attention,and school education is the important factor in improving the pupils' behavior.
