非小细胞肺癌病人外周血MUC1基因定量表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨Mucin-1(MUC1)mRNA在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)病人外周血中的表达及临床意义。方法采用实时荧光定量RT-PCR方法检测MUC1 mRNA在NSCLC病人外周血中的表达。结果NSCLC病人外周血中MUC1 mRNA表达显著高于正常人(t=2.01,P<0.05);鳞癌与腺癌病人MUC1基因的表达无明显差异(P>0.05)。NSCLC病人外周血中MUC1 mRNA表达与NSCLC的病理分级、TNM分期及淋巴结转移密切相关(F=25.62、34.61,t=2.05,P<0.05)。结论NSCLC病人外周血中MUC1 mRNA表达与NSCLC发生、发展、侵袭、转移及恶性程度密切相关,对判断NSCLC恶性程度及预后有重要参考价值。Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of MUC1 mRNA in peripheral blood of patients with non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods The expression of MUC1 mRNA in peripheral blood of NSCLC patients was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR. Results The expression of MUC1 mRNA in the patients was singnifieantly higher than that of healthy controls （t=2.01 ,P〈0.05）. No significant difference of MUC1 mRNA expression was noted between the patients with squamous carcinoma and adencarcinoma （P〉0.05）. Levels of MUC1 mRNA were closely correlated with pathological grade,TNM stage and lymphatic metastasis （F= 25.62,34.61;t = 2.05;P〈0.05）. Conclusion Levels of MUC1 mRNA expression in patients with NSCLC closely correlates with the occurance, development, invasion, metastasis and ex- tent of malignancy of the disease, which are of a great reference in estimating the malignancy and prognosis of NSCLC.
