摘  要:目的探讨老年胃癌病人术后早期给予肠内营养支持的效果。方法将92例老年胃癌病人随机分为肠内营养(EN)组(45例)和肠外营养(PN)组(47例),观察两组术后并发症的发生率、肛门排气时间、住院费用等情况。结果EN组并发症的发生率较低,术后肛门排气时间较PN组短,住院费用较PN组少,差异有极显著性(t=5.79、85.30,P<0.01)。结论老年胃癌病人术后早期规范进行EN能减少并发症,降低医疗费用,减轻护理工作量,利于病人康复。Objective To assess the efficacy of early post operative enteral nutrition in old patients with gastric cancer. Methods Ninety-two patients were randomized to enteral nutrition (EN, 45 cases) and parenteral nutrition (PN, 47 cases) after gastrectomy. Post-operative complications, passage of gas by anus, and expense were observed. Results In the EN group, the post-operative complications were fewer, the time of passage of gas shorter, and expense lower than those in the PN group (t= 5.79,85.30;P〈0.01). Conclusion Early EN is conducive to decrease of post-operative complications, medical cost, nursing service and recovery of the patients.
