摘　　要：成人教育作为终身学习的重要组成部分,是终身教育思想在实践中的最好体现。如何提高成教脱产学生的管理和思想政治教育质量,是成教工作者需要长期研究和解决的问题。文章从成教脱产学生现有基本状况的分析入手,在总结实践经验的基础之上对成人脱产学生的思想政治教育进行了研究和探讨。Adult learning, as an important part of lifelong learning, best reflects the concept of lifelong education through practice. How to improve the management of these adult off-job students and their political education is a long-term problem the adult education managers need to study and work out. This article, starting from analyzing the basic condition of the adult off-job students, makes some research on the political education to the adult off-job students based on some practical experience.
