TECIA法药敏试验在晚期卵巢上皮癌化疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨TECIA法药敏试验在晚期卵巢上皮癌化疗中的应用价值。方法将我科收治的54例晚期卵巢上皮癌患者随机分为A组和B组。A组予TP化疗方案化疗,B组根据TECIA法药敏试验结果选择敏感性高的化疗方案化疗。评估和比较2组患者的近期疗效、肿瘤复发率、肿瘤复发时间和无瘤生存期。结果B组患者的近期临床有效率、肿瘤复发率、肿瘤复发时间和无瘤生存期明显优于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论根据TECIA法药敏试验结果选择高敏感性的化疗方案,对晚期卵巢上皮癌术后患者实施个体化化疗能显著提高化疗疗效,具有很高的临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of chemosensitivity testing on tumor cells dissociated from fresh biopsy samples from epidermal cancers for individualizing chemotherapy.Methods 54 patients hospitalized in my department were divided into group A and group B, 27eases respectively.The patients in group A were treated with TP regimen The patients in group B were treated with the most sensitive chemo- regimen tested by TECIA method. The sensitivity of 5 first-line cherrlo-regimen was recorded, therapeutic effect in the near future, recurrence rate, recurrence time and the no-turnout survival time was compared.Results Compared with group A, the patients in group B had the higher recent reponse rate,lower recurrence rate,longer recurrence time and the no-tumour survival time.Conclusion The in vitro ehemosensitivity tests have important value to determine the individualized chemotherapy, which could improve response of chemotherapy and which had high value to apply.
