摘 要:管理思想的演变经历了科学管理学说、人际关系学说、现代管理学说和后现代管理学说4个阶段,在哲学上相应的表现为客体至上的效率哲学、主体至上的行为哲学、主客体统一的系统哲学和主体回归的创新哲学。与此对应的,教育领域的管理思想也经历了科学管理学说、人际关系学说、系统科学学说和和谐发展学说4个阶段。管理思想(包括教育管理思想)的演变过程和哲学的发展过程是相得益彰的,本质上都在研究"人"的问题。高校行政管理正义的内涵在实践中不断丰富和深入。同我国高校管理思想科学发展不和谐的现象主要表现在三个"错位",即政府和大学的角色错位、行政权力和学术权力的错位和"法治"与"人治"的管理错位,严重影响了"效率"、"民主"的有效实现和和谐统一。Management thoughts have undergone the stages of scientific management theory, human relations theory, modern management theory and post-modern management theory. The corresponding management philosophy has evolved from efficiency philosophy with the supremacy of object, behavioral philosophy with the supremacy of subject, systematic philosophy with unification of subject and object to harmonious development theory. Both studying "human" by nature, management theory (including educational management theory) and philosophy complement each other in their development. The connotation of administration justice in colleges is being enriched and deepened in practice. The inharmonious relationships between government and colleges, the academic authority and the executive power, and rule by men and rule by law in management exert great influence on the effective attainment and the harmonious unification of efficiency and democracy.
