摘  要:啤酒作为绿色饮品的佼佼者,由于其营养价值、保健功能、有别于非酒精饮料的独特风味和良好的口感而深受广大消费者的喜爱。啤酒生产主要污染源为废麦糟、废酵母、热冷蛋白凝固物、废硅藻土等固液混和物及排渣水、洗糟水、废酒花、洗酵母水、洗瓶水、酒头排放杀菌废水和各种洗涤水。啤酒废水浓度高、废水量大、污染区域广,直接污染地表水和地下水。笔者结合重庆啤酒股份有限公司新建年产25万KL啤酒生产线"三废"排放进行了分析,论证了啤酒生产污染治理与循环经济的实践效果。As the leader of green drinks, beer is loved by the majority of consumers because of its nutritional value, health function, unique flavor which is different from other non-alcoholic drinks, and good taste. The main sources of pollution in beer production are waste BSG, waste yeast, hot and cold protein coagulum, waste solid-liquid mixture of diatomaceous earth, tap water, sparging water, waste hop, yeast washing water, washing water, liquor first discharge wastewater disinfection and various wash water. The waste water of beer is of high concentration, abundant, widely contaminated, directly contaminates surface water and ground water. The author analyzes the 'three wastes' discharge of the newly built beer production line which has annual production capacity of 250,000 KL in Chongqing Brewery Co. , Ltd. , demonstrates the practice effects of pollution control in beer production and circular economy.
