摘　　要：目的观察癫患者治疗期间脑电图的变化,指导患者用药。方法26例新诊断癫患者连续4年动态脑电图监测,记录脑电异常率。结果治疗期间前3年脑电图异常改变明显,而且夜间脑电图异常高于清醒期。结论癫患者治疗期间有必要进行连续动态脑电监测,而且每次至少包括一个完整睡眠周期。Objective To observe the changes of EEG in new-diagnosed epileptics during treatment and guide medication. Methods Twenty six new-diagnosed epileptic patients received EEG monitoring every year for 4 years,and the abnormal rate of EEG was recorded. Results The abnormal EEG appeared mainly in the first 3 year monitoring during treatment,which was more significant in sleep than alertness. Conclusion It is necessary to apply continuous EEG monitoring every year in epileptics during treatment,and at least a full-sleep period will be included in one monitoring.
