P73、CyclinD1在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨P73、CyclinD1在子宫内膜癌中的表达以及二者的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化SP法对14例正常增殖期子宫内膜、19例不典型增生内膜以及43例子宫内膜癌中P73、CyclinD1的表达进行研究。结果:在子宫内膜癌中,P73和CyclinD1的阳性表达率分别为69.77%和74.42%,明显高于不典型增生内膜(36.84%、52.63%)、正常增殖期子宫内膜(均7.14%)中的表达(P均<0.01)。P73的表达随组织学分级的升高而增强(P<0.05),CyclinD1的表达随手术-病理分期的进展而增强(P<0.01),二者均随肌层浸润深度的增加、淋巴结的转移而表达增强(P均<0.05)。在子宫内膜癌中,P73、CyclinD1表达呈正相关性(r=0.3923,P<0.05)。结论:P73、CyclinD1在子宫内膜癌中均高表达,且具有正向协同作用,在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展中有重要意义。Objective： To study the expression of P73 and CyclinD1 and the correlation of them in endometrial carcinoma. Methods： In 14 cases of normal proliferative endometrium,19 cases of atypical hyperplasia and 43 cases of endometrial carcinoma, the expressions of P73 and CyclinD1 were detected by means of immunohistochemical SP. Results： In endometrial carcinoma, the positive expression rates of P73 and CyclinD 1 were 69.77% and 74.42%,which were more higher than those in atypical hyperplasia group and normal proliferative endometrium （P〈0.01）. The expression of P73 was enhanced with the increasing of histological grade （P〈0.05）,while the expression of CyclinD 1 was related to clinical stage （P〈0.01 ）.Both of them were associated with myometrial invasion and the lymph node metastasis （P〈0.05）.There was a positive correlation between P73 and CyclinD 1 in endometrial carcinoma（r=0.3923, P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： There are overexpressions of P73 and CyelinD1 in endometrial carcinoma and the synergy of them may contribute to the development of endometrial carcinoma.
