摘 要:目的:应用有限元法分析下颌角在不同受力方向、不同大小外力及受力面积情况下颌骨内应力变化。方法:利用ANSYS软件建立下颌骨三维有限元模型,应用该模型分别计算不同方向、不同大小的外力、不同受力面积作用于下颌角时下颌骨的应力值,分析主应力值以及应力分布情况。结果:(1)下颌角侧方加载力时,同侧下颌角、髁状突颈部、下颌隆突、磨牙后三角区及颏部舌侧面应力较大。下方加载时,双侧髁状突颈部、同侧下颌角下缘、外侧面应力较大。(2)无论下方或侧方加载,随外力增大,应力值以及应力集中区域不断增大。受力面积不变,外力越大,应力值越大,应力大小与力的大小成正比。外力大小不变时,受力面积越大,应力越小。结论:静载荷作用于下颌角时下颌骨各部位应力分布与外力大小、力的方向以及加载面积密切相关。Objective: To analysis the internal stress change of the mandibular angle under the external forces by finite element method. Methods: The three-dimensional finite element model of the mandible was estabilished by applying ANSYS software. The stresses of the mandible were calculated under the force of the different directions and sizes and the different loading area effecting on the mandibular angle. The main stress distributions of the mandible were analysed. Results: ( 1 )When the forces were loaded on the lateral of the mandibular angle, there was larger stress on the ipsilateral mandible angle and condylar neck of the mandibule,the mandibular protuberans, the posterior triangle of molar and the lingual direction of mandibular mentum .When the forces were loaded on the inferior direction of the mandibular angle, there was larger stress on the bilateral condylar neck, the lower edge and outer side of the ipsilateral mandibular angle. (2)Whether the load was on the lower edge or lateral of the mandibular angle, the stress and the concentration region of stress were growing with the increasing external force. When the area accepting force was fixedly, the larger force was, the larger stress was. The stress was positively correlated to the size of force .When the size of force was fixedly, the larger area accepting force was, the smaller stress was. Conclusion: When the static load is on the mandibular angle, the distribulation of the stress on the mandible is closely related with the size of force,the direction and area accepting force.
