摘  要:为摸清文登地区花生空荚的原因,根据花生空荚发生程度的轻重,在正常花生田(N)、20%~30%空荚率花生田(M)、几乎全部空荚花生田(H)的0~30cm土层内取土样,化验了土壤腐殖质(Hu)、钙(Ca)、硼(B)和pH值。Kruskal-Wallis检验表明,H花生田的水溶性Ca和pH值均显著低于N花生田,M花生田的水溶性Ca和B均显著低于N花生田;秩相关分析显示,土壤水溶性Ca含量和pH值均与花生空荚发生程度呈显著负相关,而土壤水溶性Ca含量和pH值呈显著正相关;取样观察表明收获后的花生籽仁胚芽变黑,数据分析认为缺Ca及pH值偏低是文登地区花生空荚病发生的主要原因。To find the cause leading to unfruitful peanut pods in Wendeng, peanut fields (0-30cm soil) with different unfruitful pods severity, viz., without unfruitful pods symptoms (N), with 20%-30% unfruitful pod,s (M) and severe symptoms (total crop failure, H), were sampled and analyzed for humus, soluble Ca, B and pH. Kruskal-Waltis test indicted that the soil Ca and pH in "H" samples were significantly lower than "N" samples, and Ca and B in "M" samples were significantly lower than "N" samples. Rank correlation analysis showed that both soil Ca and pH were negatively correlated with unfruitful pods severity, while soil pH and Ca were positively related. Low soil Ca and pH are therefore deemed as the main reason for unfruitful pods in peanut in Wendeng.
